Idol Live Collaborations Info Page

NOTE: I am currently unavailable / booked out for event collaborations until OCTOBER 2025

I get quite a few DMs about sponsorship / collaborations for idol lives. Unfortunately there is only one of me, I am a micro business and I only have limited time and merch I am able to provide in these instances.

I feel bad for declining requests, so I think it is better to have terms set out that you can read before contacting me.

These terms are as of April 2nd 2025 and do not impact idol live collaboration negotiations that are currently pending / already agreed upon:

- I no longer provide “sponsorship packs”. I’m only open to collaborations - meaning, if you’d like something like a giveaway prize pack, then I’d be looking at something in return like an offer to table at your event as an example.

- I have not and do not offer money for sponsorship for idol events. Please as a general rule, don’t reach out to micro/small businesses asking for money unless they explicitly state on their page that they are able to do that or they offer you to do so.

- I no longer will make custom handmade merchandise for idol events unless it is paid for by you. As these are very time consuming, it’s becoming difficult to keep up with the requests I am getting. I already am grossly under charging when taking into consideration what my "wage" would be for the hours taken to create handmade pieces (plus cost of materials). 

- Following the above point, I will only provide in stock items or discount codes as contributions on my end for events.

- I need at least 6 weeks notice for a collaboration request.

- I will only be open to collaborate at taiban or multi group events that attract larger crowds. It does take a lot out of my time to prepare for an event, so please only contact me for “larger” events.

- I am limiting myself to one event maximum per 3 months (maximum 4 per year).

- Asking me to collaborate will not necessarily mean that I can as I have a lot on. Please be respectful of this and don't be upset if I say no - it is just difficult for me to schedule in all requests!
