Do you ship internationally?

I am located in Australia and: Yes! I ship worldwide to most countries! Any tariffs, customs fees (or associated fees) are the responsibility of the buyer!

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, I am only offering free shipping on select domestic Australian orders over $30 USD. A free shipping option will automatically show during checkout if your order is elligible.

Free shipping is not available for handmade items or larger / heavier items.

Where is my order?

Being located in Australia, sometimes international shipping can take some time. Please refer to my Shipping Policy page for more information on Domestic and International shipping options.

Please note, there are always extended delays around the holidays due to higher demand on the postal system.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, e.g. an item was damaged in transit, then we can sort things out on a case by case basis. Please check my Refund Policy page for more details

What is Afterpay and can I use it?

Afterpay allows you to purchase products from me without paying the full amount upfront. Your order will be split into 4 payments - you'll pay a deposit upfront and pay for the rest over 6 weeks (one payment per fortnight).

Your parcel will be shipped out to you at the time of ordering! 

There are no fees or interest charged when using Afterpay. You will be charged a fee, however, if you miss a scheduled payment.

You may also pay off your balance prior to the scheduled timing if you login directly to your Afterpay account.

Afterpay is currently available for my buyers in Australia and the USA on orders over $35 USD.

What is your store's currency?

The default currency of my store is in US Dollars. You can select different currencies to display when browsing the store though. Please keep in mind that currency conversions areestimates only and change regularly. They also do not include any charges your bank or card provider may charge you for overseas transactions. 

I can't use discount codes with my selected payment method!

Discount codes can only be used with regular checkout and PayPal. If you use Apple Pay, you won’t be able to use discount codes - they are not supported by Apple at this time.

Overselling of products

Unfortunately, sometimes technology fails us and items may oversell, especially at peak time during a release. If this occurs, please accept my sincerest apologies as it is out of my hands (it is a general Shopify issue that all Shopify stores have - their admin are "working on fixing the issue"). This unfortunately seems to occur as some customers are using check out options via 3rd party providers (example: Afterpay or PayPal), so the system doesn't recognise the sale immediately. In these instances: I will offer a flawed second of the product you were trying to purchase where possible and will refund you the difference. If this cannot be offered due to me not having stock or if you do not want this option, then I will issue a full refund for the product and will offer a freebie seconds grade pin of your choice on your current / next order. Apologies again for the inconvenience if this does occur - as I understand this can be very disappointing and frustrating.

How often do commissions open?

Custom rosette commissions open once every 6+ months. My schedule changes often. I will post on my socials when commissions are about to open. I am personally most active on Instagram.

Why do you have such limited commission slots?

My pieces are quite detailed and take a while to create. So there is only so much I can make, given the time I have. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused! But the more I create, the better I become at time management etc.

Do you share info about how you make your rosettes or where you source materials?

No, sorry! I don't share either of those things. There are plenty of creators out there who share the process of how they make their rosettes etc. and where they source materials from, however I choose to keep that private. Thank you for the interest though!

Can you fast track commissions?

Short answer is: no. My designs are very detailed and take a lot of time to make. I like to uphold a certain level of quality as well, so I cannot take requests to fast track designs.

How do I care for my rosette?

All rosettes are sent with detailed care instructions, which are specific to my designs. If you have placed an order with me and no longer have your care instructions, please contact me and I can provide you another copy!

Is there a way to buy a rosette from you if I miss out on a commission slot?

Yes! I periodically post certain designs up for auction on my webpage! I will post on my socials when I have upcoming auctions.

What is the currency of auctions?

Auction bids are made in USD. If you win an auction, you will receive a payment link in your currency.

What is the auction's reserve price?

All auctions have a reserve price (i.e. the minimum price the auction will sell for).

If an auction's reserve price is not met by the time the auction has ended, then the auction will be deemed unsuccessful and the item will not sell. This is to ensure the absolute minimum amount is covered for my time making the item.

I do not publicly share what the reserve price is of a listing.

How does the auction work?

Auctions are 72 hrs (approx - please see next point re Popcorn Bidding).

You need to make an account on my page to be able to place bids on an auction.

Bidding increments are $1 USD minimum.

Proxy bids are not enabled i.e. the amount you bid, will be the actual bid on the listing.

e.g. if the listing is currently at $10 USD and you place a $50 USD bid, the new highest bid on the listing is $50 USD and that will be the amount you pay, if you win (plus additional fees, please check the rest of the FAQ for more information),

What is Popcorn Bidding?

If a bid is placed anytime in the last 5 MINUTES of the auction, the end time will be extended by 3 MINUTES.

This is to keep things fair and to avoid last second sniper bids.

This will continue on until there is only one bidder remaining

How long do I have to pay for an auction?

Auction payments are due within 48 hours of the auction ending.

If payment is not received, there will be an automated cancellation of your bid and the next highest bidder will be sent a payment link. If that person does not make payment, the auction will be re-listed.

Not paying for an auction will result in the individual being banned from participating in future auctions on my page.

Are auction items eligible for free shipping?

Auction items are not eligible for free shipping. Please note this when you place a bid. If you win an auction, you will be required to pay the winning bid + shipping + any other fees set by your local government.

Bids do NOT include any import fees or tariffs. I will not mark down prices when shipping.

I missed out on an auction item! Can I buy the same item later?

All of my auction products are one of a kind, and will not be resold at a later date. If you want to own a similar item, you are welcome to commission me for the same theme or outfit design, but the item will not be exactly the same.

What are your terms regarding holds?

PRIZE WINNERS: Your physical prizes will be held for 3 months since the day you were informed you won. If you do not claim within this time, then you will forfeit your prize.

SPECIAL CASE HOLDS: These will be held for one month only. If you do not claim within this time, then they will be made available to the public again.

How do you grade your products?

My items are intended for general use, and are not priced/marketed as "Collector Grade" products.

All original products are handmade items and will never be “flawless”

Items with flaws that are more visible will be marked as seconds and sold at a discounted price.

Do you do wholesale discounts?

I can do wholesale discounts, please reach out to me for more information. The minimum amount purchased must be 30+ of the same item to be eligible for a discount.

The item I want is out of stock!

All of my original items are limited. Sometimes, if they sell out and there is enough interest, I will consider getting them remade but for the most part, this will not happen. Lots of sold out items may still have “Seconds” available though so keep an eye out for limited time seconds sales!

For imported products, as long as they are still offered by the supplier and are "in demand", then chances are, I can restock them.

Can you give me the details of your manufacturers / suppliers?

I do not share my manufacturer information or give advice on how to make products. There are plenty of resources online to help you. Please respect this, as I did a LOT of research prior to starting.

I'm an idol planning an event and I'm interested in a collaboration!

The following terms are the most up to date regarding collabs etc.:

- I do not provide “sponsorship packs”. I’m only open to collaborations - meaning, if you’d like something like a giveaway prize pack, then I’d be looking at something in return from your end like an offer to table at your event (just as an example!).

- I do not offer money for sponsorship for idol events.

- I only make custom handmade merchandise for idol events unless it is paid for by you (due to time constraints and work load).

- Following the above point, I will only provide in stock items or discount codes as contributions on my end for events.

- I need at least 6 weeks notice for a collaboration request.

- I will only be open to collaborate at special taiban or multi group events that attract larger crowds. 

- I am limiting myself to one event maximum per 3 months (maximum 4 per year).

- Asking me to collaborate will not necessarily mean that I can, as I have a lot on. Please be respectful of this and don't be upset if I say no - it is just difficult for me to schedule in all requests! I'm very sorry for any inconvenience but I thank you for the interest!!!
