When will you ship my order?
Parcels will be sent out within 5-7 business days. When there is a new release, parcels may take approximately two weeks to be sent out due to higher order volumes.
I entered the wrong address during checkout!
If I haven't already shipped out your item, then please contact me ASAP with the correct address. If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately it is out of my hands and I cannot offer refunds / replacements.
My parcel was stolen from my mailbox / was lost in transit!
If this occurs, you will need to report it to your local authorities and provide me with a copy of your police report so we can deal with it on a case by case basis. I cannot refund you if this occurs.
Can I combine shipping on orders?
Orders can be combined only if they are made on the same day (as long as I haven't already packed it!!). This is because I try to pack orders as soon as possible. If you need to combine an order, please contact me and I can get it sorted for you.
I already placed multiple orders on one day - can I still combine them?
If you have already placed more than one order and would like to combine them, please contact me. If they have not yet been packed, I can combine your orders and give you a discount code covering the duplicated shipping cost that you can use for future orders - no refunds though.
